Our boundaries define  our relationships-- whether it’s  with clients, patients, or  colleagues.  Poor boundaries disrupt  work relationships, and lower motivation and morale-- while healthy boundaries elevate  our communication,  attitudes,  and productivity.  Learn how to create  and sustain a  workplace  where  healthy limits are respected.

Objectives:

  • Assess your boundary temperament
  • Learn what healthy boundaries are
  • Recognize how boundaries are instrumental to managing our time, mental and physical space, emotional energy, and how they can positively transform the workplace
  • Identify factors that prevent healthy boundaries-- with colleagues, patients, and clients
  • Explore attitudes, behaviors, language, and skills that promote healthy  relationships, and empower care giving work environments
