Direction Home is a proud contributing member of the Akron-Summit, Stark, and Portage Age Friendly Coordinating Councils, organizations dedicated to making the communities we serve better to live and age in. These councils bring public organizations and community members together to identify and address the issues facing older adults in their county, informed by the Eight Domains of Livability from AARP.
