Direction Home is looking for locations and volunteers interested in offering Bingocize classes to the community. Training for leaders is free, self-paced, and online, and both host facilities and peer leaders are eligible for reimbursement!

Many organizations like senior centers and housing facilities already host Bingo games, so this is the perfect opportunity to switch things up while improving the health outcomes of the audience.

What is Bingocize? Bingocize is an evidence-based workshop that combines the classic BINGO game with information about exercise, nutrition, and/or falls prevention. Bingocize is led by a trained workshop leader twice a week (60 minute sessions) for 10 weeks.

We need you: Become a host site!

Do you already offer Bingo games at your facility? Why not combine Bingo with fun and education while earning a little bit of extra money? Host sites are eligible to receive $25 reimbursement per course completer (75% or more attendance).

Bingocize classes can be offered online or in-person, and Direction Home is here to help your staff/volunteers obtain free training, or connect you to another peer leader.

We need you: Become a workshop peer leader!

No Bingo or exercise experience is required to become a Bingocize workshop leader. With free, self-paced online training modules, you can be well on your way to offering Bingocize classes. Plus, the class can be virtual or in-person, and you can be reimbursed for each class you lead! Peer leaders are eligible for $25 reimbursement per each 60 minute session led (that's up to $500!).

We are looking to contract 10 leaders and 10 host sites by August 1st, 2022!
